In 1981 my husband, Russ and I started Country Classics Farm LLC. In 1985 we started the bakery on our farm. For the last 24 years, I have baked and sold my products at farmers markets in western Washington state. Russ has tended the fields and we have also sold fruit, berries, and produce. At this point of our lives, we are both Type II Diabetics. Because of that, we have been working to change over our bakery products to “No Added Sugar”.
